An experiment with our first building illuminated by LEDs.
I was wondering how noticeable the lighting would be under normal 'daytime' lighting...
The lights are on in this picture...
It is only really noticeable on windows that are not well lit. This suggests that I may be able to get away with simply leaving most buildings permanently illuminated, instead of building switched circuits...
A time exposure now without room lighting shows that despite the internal masking, light still leaks through the walls in places... (See kit building tips on how to avoid that)
Overall I am pleased with the warm light that can be obtained with normal white LEDs and a spot of orange acrylic paint!
