Kaiserschlucht wine

Now that the terraced vineyard and the main winery vineyards are complete, it was time to create my own wine label for the layout...

The winery takes its name from the Kaiserschlucht valley that it overlooks.

In order to make the label, I posed a train on the 'old bridge' and took some photographs.

I picked this image:

I applied some filters to it and added the text then printed them out onto some nice yellowish paper stock I had with a laser printer.

I bought a case of my favorite wine and scraped the labels off

And glued the labels on using diluted school glue.

I also made up some labels for Chardonnay and sparkling water, so that my train friends could take away their choice when they attended my annual running day!
